SHIPPING TIMES:

Orders are expected to arrive within 7-21 business days, depending on your location. For large or bulky items, please expect a 6 - 8 week delivery time after order confirmation, this includes our larger table lamps and furniture.

We do everything we can to get your order to you within the estimated timeframe, however in some instances homewares and furniture items are made to order or slower freight services are utilised for large items, leading to longer shipping times. To account for this we ask customers to please allow up to 12 weeks for large items.

US homewares orders are expected to arrive sooner as we ship all our homewares from one of our global partners.

TENCEL™ bedding orders are dispatched from within Australia and will arrive to our Australia and New Zealand customers sooner than the rest of the world.

Multiple item orders may ship separately, if you notice this with your order, do not fret, this is normal and all your pieces are coming. Our inventory is held in more than one location, this means that in some instances items will have to be sent from separate warehouses.
