In some instances we can accept returns, if your item is approved for return we will contact you via email with your return instructions.
Please note that the returned item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We are not responsible for the possible damage caused during the return shipping process.

If returned items pass our inspection and are approved for refund you will receive an email notification. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. It may take 5-7 business days after approval for your bank to process and settle the refund.
