What Overseas Buyers Ask Us First
Straight answers on MOQs, lead times, materials and compliance — the details that decide whether a candle programme is viable.
MOQs are set per format: 20,000 pieces for tealights, 1,000 pieces per SKU for scented jar candles, and 500 kg of wax for pillar or household candles. Pilot runs can be discussed for first orders so a new brand can test the market before scaling.
Pre-production samples are ready in 7–12 working days. Bulk production runs 21–35 days after artwork and fragrance approval. Ocean transit adds roughly 22–35 days to US and EU ports from Chennai or the Bangalore ICD, depending on routing.
Soy wax, coconut-soy blends, beeswax, palm-free vegetable wax and refined paraffin. Fragrance oils are IFRA-compliant with phthalate-free options, and every new blend is validated in-house for hot throw, cold throw, burn rate and tunnelling before mass production.
Welburn holds ISO 9001:2015 and SA 8000 certifications. We issue SDS, CLP/GHS-compliant labels, ASTM F2417 burn-test reports, REACH declarations, certificates of origin and third-party inspection reports on request.
Yes. Our in-house packaging team builds rigid boxes, sleeves, tins, ribboned gift sets and retail display units, including barcoding and Amazon FBA-compliant cartons. Seasonal programmes such as Diwali corporate gifting are planned 90–120 days ahead of dispatch.
